Non Executive Director – WANFU HUANG

Dr Wanfu Huang, PhD, MSc, BSc, has more than 20 years experience in the exploration industry. He has held numerous positions in the industry, covering base metals, gold, iron ore, coal and bauxite in Australia and overseas. Dr Huang is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Non Executive Director – KEVIN GRICE

Mr Kevin Grice, BComm CPA MAICD, is a successful finance executive with significant experience with listed and unlisted exploration companies and general management experience, including as acting Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of Renison Consolidated Mines NL (now Laneway Resources Ltd), Chief Financial Officer of ASX Listed Highlands Pacific Limited and various other roles with Ensham Resources, Century Gold Resources Pty Ltd and others.

Non Executive Director – Mr Craig McPherson

Mr McPherson graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of Chartered Accountants and New Zealand. He has over twenty years of commercial and financial management experience and has held various roles with ASX and TSX listed companies over the past fifteen years in Australia and overseas.

Non Executive Director – JINCHENG YAO

Mr Jincheng Yao, MBA BComm, is a finance professional based in mainland China. He has held various senior executive roles in the Meijin Group and is currently VP and Director of Meijin Energy Group Limited. He brings his extensive commercial and financial expertise to the Board of Coppermoly. Mr Yao holds a MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce and has experience across many aspects of mining and industry in both China and Australia.

Non Executive Director – LIN ZULE

Mr Zule Lin, M.Fin., holds a master’s degree in finance, and is currently the CFO of Shanxi Xierun Investment Limited, which is the parent company of Coppermoly investor Ever Leap Services Ltd. Mr Lin has more than 15 years’ of experience in financial management. Mr Lin is Ever Leap’s representative on the Coppermoly Board.

Non Executive Director – XUAN JIAN

Mr Xuan is a qualified geophysicist, property valuer and is a certified public accountant (China). Mr Xuan has significant international experience in the resources and investment sectors.
